Does your system work with BC Web Apps ?
Unfortunately there is no API for webapps available from Business Catalyst. As soon as new features are released from Adobe we will update our system to make the most of them.

Are there any system requirements?
We recommend using the most up-to-date browsers. Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome are the best options. You can use IE9 to access SimplaCRM but it does not provide the best performance for the system. How often are new features released into SimplaCRM ?
We do a weekly update that includes bug fixes from our SVN system. We are looking at doing new features monthly at most or as needed.
How do I know my data is safe?
We have enterprise level servers with Media Temple that are monitored at all times for hack attempts and security. All of your data is stored in a unique database and all passwords are hashed.
