SimplaCRM Refund Policy
The full version of Simpla CRM is software as a service. If you decide that you no longer wish to use the SimplaCRM service, you can cancel at any time. However, as you will have used some services prior to cancelling, we do not provide any pro-rata or full refunds after your 30 risk free trial period.
The risk free trial period lasts for 30 days from the date of signup. You can cancel your accound at anytime instantly from the tools panel of your Simpla CRM account.
The Simpla CRM service is payable on a month-to-month basis which you can cancel at any time. We only accept VISA and Mastercard for payment on a monthly billing cycle.
