&lt;p&gt;We have a few more features we will roll out in the next coupld of weeks and we expect to have new features every 2 weeks being rolled out to the system.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are in the process of putting in the final steps to make sure we can provide free trials on a robust server.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We expect this to be ready in the next couple of weeks for a 2012 launch date.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you want to look at our other product in the meantime - simplareports.com - you will be able to upgrade to SimplaCRM from SimplaReports in a seamless manner from the Simplareports tools area.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Search by Relationship in Contacts</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;We have today added the ability to search via relationship in the contact area. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; This can help when you are looking for a specific company or contacts related to a company. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; It also auto completes and has wildcard functionality. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; So you could search for &quot;A&quot; and any relationship with A in the name would be found. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Some other enhancements have been done for deleted contacts. We were counting them as part of stats before but we have changed this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now when you update on BC a contact and delete them they will be deleted from SimplaCRM in a ghost method. What does this mean ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well if you have orders for that customer or cases these will still need the related contact details other wise you will be stuck trying to find details on these invoices so we do a soft delete of the customer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The data is still in SimplaCRM but it will not tally to your total contacts and also wont be returned in charting or search results but it will be shown on related cases and orders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This will give a lot better performance to many peoples applications as they will not have to browse through as many contacts.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;We have just done some simple social data improvements today that allow you to now delete and add data as you see fit. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This gives an big improvement to the management and maintenance of data for social information. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;We are also pleased to announce that we have set up background tasks to keep your SimplaCRM account up to date with Business Catalyst. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;On a daily task we will now see your Products, Campaign Lists and Seure Zone syncronised from a top level. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This will also be improved in the future with the addition of a secure zone background sycronisation for Members so you can ensure that each member is up to date with your BC website. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This means less time will be spent running maintenance tasks for our users.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

			<title>Update reports to have Charts</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;We are pleased to annouce so more updates to SimplaCRM.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In this revision we have added:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. A new chart to the home page that allows you to quickly see how your total orders, cases and contacts compare on a week basis to a month.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. We have new chart reports for 'Cases by Subject' that shows the totals of each case type in either a bar chart or pie chart as well as with a data table.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. We have a new Members by Secure zone extended export. This export shows all address records, phone number records, relationship records and CRM form records for a contact in the CSV export.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. We have a new contact types and demographics chart that currently shows the split of industry types in your crm, the split of customer types and the split of lead types in pie charts with data tables.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have also done som minor bug fixing in the system and spped improvements the biggest of which is server side caching of report data.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This can be cleared in the tools area by using the clear cache button.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This will clear all your server side cache for reports.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This of course happens automatically when ever new data hits Simpla from Business Catalyst but we wanted to make sure you can clear it when you need to just in case you are unsure of the data you are seeing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We will have another round of updates next week.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

			<title>Update Threads Directly from SimplaCRM</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;We are pleased to annouce that you can now directly update case threads from inside SimplaCRM.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This makes use of the new Case_MessageAppend method that is currently in Beta from Business Catalyst.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The message will always use the core user for your SimplaCRM account. This is the same user that logs in via the API from SimplaCRM and is used for Syncronisation etc.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Launch Delayed</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;We have had to delay our launch by 24 hours due to an email problem. This is causing our emails going out to not be verified by our server to the level we wanted and to many welcome emails getting caught in Spam etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a result we have delayed the Launch by 24 hours whilst our new MX server is setup to allow for this higher level of Authentication on the emails.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We appologies for the continued delay but we want to make sure that you get your information in your inbox and this will have implecations for other alerts and accounts based information into the future.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The system is now set to manage hundreds of Adobe BC websites and grow to be a great application for all the Business Catalyst Community.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We also have ensured that we have a rapid rollout and update process for all of our users.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We hope that we can do weekly bug releases and monthly feature releases going forward.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is likely that we will have much higher releases of features over the next 3 months as we already have some extensive renovations and improvements coming this month.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;After 12 months of Development we are happy to announce our Beta release of SimplaCRM. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; We aren't really sure if we should be calling it Beta as we have been  using in production sites for over 6 months, but we definitely know  that there are bugs in our software so we thought we had better stick  with the Beta tag. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; We are charging $55 AUD for the Beta period which runs to the 21st September 2010. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; We will be updating bug patches each night and feature updates will come weekly as we get the system more stable.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
