Update Threads Directly from SimplaCRM

We are pleased to annouce that you can now directly update case threads from inside SimplaCRM.

This makes use of the new Case_MessageAppend method that is currently in Beta from Business Catalyst.

The message will always use the core user for your SimplaCRM account. This is the same user that logs in via the API from SimplaCRM and is used for Syncronisation etc.
